With parents taking an average of 6.5 months off work after the birth of a child and most families having two working parents these days, quality child care has become a top priority for Australian families.

Parents are looking for safe, stimulating environments, where their children will develop into healthy, content and happy individuals who are well-prepared to take on the challenges of school. This means that child care workers who are highly competent, motivated, empathetic and nurturing are in high demand.

Play gives children a chance to practice what they are learning.
