- Language, literacy and numeracy skills that allow you to read and interpret information and prepare documents at an intermediate level.

Study Load
The completion time for the BSB40520 – Certificate IV in Leadership and Management varies according to the educational background and any relevant work experience of the student.
Course takes approximately 6-12 months. The student will be expected to complete approximately 30 hours of study in class or at home per week, full time or the equivalent part time.
