Qualifications:

• - Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute
• - Tertiary marketing qualifications

Experience:

• - Growing up with an Italian heritage, cooking from a young age and learning the family traditions of Italian cooking
• - Working in senior marketing roles in international and gourmet food companies, including food and recipe development etc
• - Employed as a chef in the hospitality industry in a variety of establishments
• - Produces and markets a range of gourmet Italian products at Farmers Markets in Sydney
