John Yee

John has 5 years' cake decorating experience. He has assisted with cake decorating classes for his teacher.

John’s flair is with sugar flowers, piping with royal icing, embroidery and lace work, bridge and extension work, brush embroidery and piping on tulle.

John competes in the Royal Easter Show and the Castle Hill Show and won two first prizes and the only Champion ribbon.
