• BA Chinese Language and Literature
• Dip Teach

Experience:

• Phil started his tertiary level Chinese Mandarin teaching experience in Shanghai, China, in the early 1980s.
• After migrating in the mid-990s, Phil was invited to be a Chinese language tutor at a university in Sydney.
• Phil currently teaches Mandarin for adults in a couple of community colleges around Sydney. As a senior teacher, Phil uses his unique teaching experiences to share his knowledge to all levels of students, from beginners to advanced learners.
• Phil won the Excellence of Chinese Language Teaching Award (Chinese State Department) in November 2007.
• He is a current committee member of the Chinese Language Education Council of NSW.
