Margaret became a devotee of cake decorating as a teenager. Now, 40+ years on and the enjoyment continues. With 25 years teaching experience at Macquarie Community College, Margaret has been delighted to share her decorating knowledge and skills with the many students in her classes.

She is highly involved in all aspects of cake decorating for example: ? Successful show exhibiting; ? Demonstrating at State seminars, city and country meetings, plus show judging. ? Margaret is a founder member of the Cake Decorators Guild of NSW, ? Is an affiliated member of the National Cake Decorators Association, and ? Is on committees of the State and Sydney branch of the Guild.

Margaret continues to attend demonstrations and meetings to update her skills to pass on to her many returning students.
