Tom Sweeney

Tom is the Community Relations officer at Macquarie Park Cemetery and Crematorium and ahs been in the Public Relations, Marketing and Media field for over 30 years. He has worked in a wide range of special events such as the opening of the Sydney Harbour Tunnel in 1992 and the closing ceremony of the 1988 World Scout Jamboree and so has gained a life-time of experience as a guest speaker, media representative and public relations guru.

With 40 years of experience as an actor/ singer in music theatre, Tom brings to the tours a theatricality that enhances the experience. Dressed as a Dickensian funeral director straight out of Oliver, Tom banters his side-kick Mrs Sourerberry, on the various ?ghosts? that may reside at Macquarie Park.
