• - IYTA (International Yoga Teacher Association) in Hatha Yoga
• - Postgraduate Dru Yoga Teacher Training

Experience:

• - Over 13 years teaching at Macquarie Community College
• - Has taught in the corporate world, gyms, schools (training teachers) and in the pharmaceutical industry. These different arenas demonstrate just how adaptable and safe Dru yoga can be for all ages and body types. This form of yoga goes beyond the physical and promotes a feeling of wellbeing and happiness when performed with awareness.
