Ruth Perini

Ruth became involved with Satyananda Yoga in 1991. In 1997 she visited the home of Satyananda Yoga in India dividing the time between Rikhia, the home of Swami Satyananda, and the Bihar Yoga Bharati University at Munger, where she did a Kriya Yoga course. Since completion of her Yoga teacher training she has taught at the Gladesville Yoga Centre, Hornsby Community College, Ryde Hospital, a gym and various retirement villages.
She teaches presently at her own yoga studio at different levels, as well as meditation evenings, and programs given by visiting teachers. Ruth is also kept busy in her role as Secretary of the Satyananda Yoga Teachers? Association.
