David Martin

David is a Senior Food Safety Officer working in Local Government and has specialised in Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety for over 30 years. In addition to his normal job David has his own company involved in training, consultancy and advocacy in his areas of expertise. David is the Chair of the Caterers Accreditation Board of NSW, a long standing State Councillor of the Tourism, Hospitality and Catering Institute of Australia and a founding member of the Australian Institute of Environmental Health Food Special Interest Group. David has over the years contributed to numerous trade magazines, newspapers and other publications. A training session with David is rather unique in that it is fun with lots of laughs and a guarantee that you will learn a lot and have fun at the same time!
