Qualifications:

• - Registered General Nurse
• - Registered Midwife
• - Dru Yoga Teaching Diploma
• - Currently undertaking a Diploma in Pre- and Postnatal Yoga (with IYTA)

Experience:

• - 2011–2016 core-strength yoga, yoga and meditation, Dru Yoga for Macquarie Community College
• - 2010 taught colleagues yoga at Norwest Private Hospital
• - 2008-2009 taught yoga at home
