Peter Lehner
Peter?s extensive experience in the Performing Arts encompasses Film, TV, theatre, musical theatre, street-theatre, Opera and Cabaret.
Highlights include guest appearances on Home and Away, A Country Practice, Rafferty?s Rules, Candid Camera, Acting in the stage production of The Boys with David Wenham, David Field and Lynette Curren, conducting a 400 voice choir at Sydney Town Hall, a 2 wk tour of USA singing gospel music in African American churches, conducting in the Concert Hall, Sydney Opera House for the International Choral Symposium, singing on stage with Kate Cebrano, Human Nature, Renee Geyer, Jenny Morris, Iota, Caf? of the Gate of Salvation.
Peter has been teaching singing and acting to adults and children for fifteen years. He guarantees that the tone deaf can sing in tune and beautifully.
Peter has made several short films, four having traveled the world on the festival circuit.
He is currently working with the Sydney Street Choir, funded through Sydney City Council, a group of homeless people singing on Tuesday afternoons. The choir is recording its 1st CD of original music at the moment. He is also editing his 1st feature length film called Surry Hillbillies.
