Jannelle has taught nationally accredited management training courses with the College since the year 2000.

The Certificate 1V in Frontline Management and Diploma of Management are delivered by Jannelle in inter-active classroom style which has ensured their ongoing success.

She has an extensive background in management training with a wide scope of industries. After completing her studies in Human Resources she joined an international ethical pharmaceutical company. Her human resources role provided her with direct experience in effective leadership strategies. The company had held the number one position internationally for over thirty years. She developed and conducted middle management/team leader courses for the Australian subsidiary.

Jannelle has been involved in staffing and operational planning strategies as a Director of two small businesses.

Training experience also gained in the delivery of all levels of Retail Management with over thirty-five different companies.

Also she has her own consultancy business where she consults with clients, tailors courses and delivers management training workshops for employee professional development.

Professional development training programmes have been delivered by Jannelle to the management team of Macquarie.

Training is her passion and feedback from students has confirmed her classroom presentations are informative, motivating and inspiring – leading many students on a pathway to individual confidence and workplace promotion.
