Rhonda is an experienced trainer of 20 years. She has written and delivered numerous courses for major businesses in the private sector along with behavioural modification programs for correctional centres.

She has worked as both a private and organisational counsellor, and has an understanding of the practical skills needed to develop self esteem and assertiveness.

Rhonda has spent many years delivering Communication Skills and Conflict Resolution training, and incorporates knowledge and skills gained from these areas into her Self Esteem and Assertiveness course.
