Karen Henry has been working in the natural therapies field for over 5 years and is using her skills to teach students about self healing techniques to have a healthier and happier life.

Karen has done natural therapy workshops with well known Australian health institutions on arthritis and fibromyalgia, providing information to participants on how Chinese medicine works and what they can do on a daily basis to help their condition.

In her workshops, Karen will be guiding students on acupressure techniques, diet and emotional therapy to help with Arthritis and Gynaecological problems.
