Michelle Hallet
BA Communication, Grad Dip Computer Science

Michelle has several years experience as a technical writer for various organisations including TAFE, Commonwealth Bank, Ambulance Service of NSW, Digital Equipment Corporation and Comtech Communications (now Dimension Data Australia). Her expertise is in writing and editing technical documentation, providing technical support, developing applications and templates using Visual Basic, and developing and delivering training programs.

Michelle has also undertaken managerial roles which required extensive training and supervision of staff to ensure clear documentation and communication. She also ran a small web design business for several years, developing content in Dreamweaver and Flash.

In addition to her work as a trainer and course developer, she is currently working on a novel and several short stories.
