Kenn J Gardner

I started work in the printing industry gaining a diploma of Graphic Arts. Moved on into an international publishing company as production manager for education, magazine and general publications and resource divisions (this included a monthly restaurant magazine, various cooking books, Secondary school training videos, training manuals).

I hold an international trainer of tutors certificate and represented Australia at a number of international conferences on programme development for teaching and learning. I trained with a number of chefs in Classical Chinese cooking and written in magazines on cooking and background to cooking.

In 1978 I was invited to teach cooking at Adult Evening College (Castle Hill), then at various other colleges. I am interested in creativity in cooking using various ingredients; the history and culture behind various national cuisines; to help people gain confidence in cooking and enjoy it.
