Mohamed (Emz) started teaching guitar in the early Seventies. During this time he was the lead guitarist for a band, which played in various international hotels and night clubs. Emz performed many types of music including English, French, Italian, Spanish, Greek and Armenian.

His passion for Flamenco music grew after a visit to Spain. In the last few years, Emz has established an online guitar teaching business, where Emz teaches guitar using a webcam and microphone to students from all over the world, via Skype. He uses this technology for follow-up assistance for students that he also teaches face-to-face.

When not teaching guitar, in the corporate world, Emz has worked as a graphic designer.
