Jill Davidson
R.N, B.N (UTS Sydney) Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training
Jill has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, completing her nursing training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney. After initial qualification, Jill worked in many areas of nursing including general medical and surgical and accident and emergency. While living in the UK, the opportunity arose to broaden her skills into the area of occupational health nursing.
After establishing her own Occupational Health and Safety consultancy in 1995, Jill has worked with a variety of organizations including manufacturing, transport, education and health, delivering
Accredited training packages and developing tailor made training courses for these workplaces.
Initial contact with Macquarie Community College was in 1999 as a student when Jill completed a Small Business course, going on to complete Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training in 2001.Currently she enjoys working with the college teaching a NSW WorkCover accredited course – OHS Risk Management for Managers and Supervisors – as well as our Medical Terminology course.
