Ute is a freelance trainer/facilitator/teacher. Her adult education speciality is in the area of the ?people skills? ? communication, assertiveness, conflict resolution, team skills, emotional intelligence, grief and loss, training games that work, etc.
For the past 20 years, she has devised, developed and delivered numerous training programs for private and government organisations. Ute has been involved with Macquarie Community College since 1988 ? teaching on various courses, and running workshops.
She was the Program Organiser for Assertiveness skills in the Department of Health for six years, and imparted those skills to dozens of community groups. Ute also worked at various TAFE colleges, and has been training volunteers annually for the last 15 years. The diversity of students she has taught range from the homeless to PhD students.
Ute believes in making learning interesting, fun and relevant, and that we are all responsible for ourselves and for our own learning. We can develop self awareness and learn skills that promote effective relationships in the workplace, at home and socially ? and increase our self confidence and self esteem.
