- Richard made his first property purchase in 2002, successfully renovating the property whilst living there, before converting it into a rental property. Richard then purchased a number of other properties as joint ventures with friends and developed duplexes. He then moved onto small subdivisions and builds in different states, while working full time. Richard hasn’t even seen some of the completed properties. The developments include the subdivision of battle axe blocks behind existing dwellings, the demolition of existing dwellings and subdivision followed by construction of new dwellings.
- Richard’s current project is the subdivision and development of 10 Townhouses. The deal was put together with the purchase of 3 neighbouring properties, and the subsequent subdivision of the existing dwellings. He has worked with arborists, landscape architects and the architect, to ensure that he project maintains its well established trees and natural beauty.
- Richard studied a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration before beginning starting work as an Engineer. Most recently Richard completed a Master of Science. As an engineer, Richard learned many useful skills in leadership and risk management and mitigation which he applies to property development.
