SIMONE CIUCCOLI

Simone Ciuccoli has more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry in Italy, Germany and Australia. He studied in Italy at the State Institute of Hospitality and graduated with a Diploma of Hospitality for Bars and Restaurants. He later on tutored and mentored students in hospitality schools in Italy.

Simone has had extensive amount of experience as a restaurant manager and barista. He has owned and managed restaurants and bars productively and successfully.

Simone has undertaken many courses. Some include OHS Consultation Course, Responsible Service of Alcohol Course and Workplace Hygiene Course (food handlers). He has also obtained a Liquor Licence Certificate.

Simone’s work experience has allowed him to develop excellent administrative and organisational skills. He is a confident team leader and is able to motivate and communicate with his team positively and effectively.
