Leila has held a life long passion for health and the mind-body connection. She has more then twenty years experience in people management, community services development and adult training. Over the years, Leila has seen amazing benefits that meditation brings to people lives. She has practiced meditation for most of her adult life under many different schools of thought and approaches. During this course, she will focus on imparting meditation approaches that will assist you in achieving your desired goals and in the process you will learn how suppressed emotions can affect your emotional and physical well-being , how to be grounded and how to utilize your inner resources.
