LAURENCE WALLER – Tutor Profile
My love of eating bread started when growing up in France, but I started baking when living in England, where making your own bread is quite widespread (and going back to being more sustainable in general has become very popular). I’d meet with my mum’s group and bak for hte week. I tried to recreate something my granma showed me a couple of times. I should have paid more attention back then - but I’m pretty pleased with the outcome I hae now: a warm, crusty and dense baguette – home-made in no time!
