As an IT training specialist for over 20 years, Jeanette provides computer and technology software training for Macquarie Business Training College. She has delivered training to government sector and corporate clients Australia-wide and in the Asia Pacific region (New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Singapore), as well in the UK and Chile.

Jeanette is a leading corporate trainer experienced in working for clients such as Spherion, Channel 7 (where she trained the executive team), BDW, Coca-Cola Amatil, Sydney Harbour Casino & PWC. She believes it is important for training participants to know why they are doing something and how they can use technology to become more efficient. Her previous work experiences have established skills in teaching adults, customising content to meet the learner?s needs, ensuring interactive, effective and practical learning for all participants.

Jeanette has taught hundreds of classes over the years, varying from instructor-led classroom style, to seminars and one-to-one training sessions and enjoys showing people the tips and tricks
(and traps!) of using various software packages.

Jeanette?s objective in each training session is for participants to walk away with the skills and confidence to use what they learned in class as they undertake a project in the office.
