Judith Bradley came to MCC after many years in senior Human Resources positions in the hospitality industry and large public sector companies. She now teaches HR at Certificate and Diploma level for people of all ages and backgrounds who wish to pursue a career in people management.

Judith has a professional working knowledge of the contribution that Human Resource Management can make to modern organisations. Her comprehensive experience includes job design, recruitment and selection, occupational health and safety, performance management, remuneration and reward systems, and employee relations. Her experience coupled with an extensive training background enables Judith to help her students attain the management and practical knowledge necessary to effectively manage the Human Resource Management function in an organisation.
