Having lived and worked in Sydney, Melbourne and London, and with more than 25 years experience in education, training, recruitment and human resources management in a variety of public and private sectors she has unique insights and expertise to offer.
Her specialties are Staff Learning and Development Plans and Policies, Managing Diversity, EEO, writing Human Resources documents, Corporate Governance measures, Chairperson and Meetings Skills, Recruitment and Selection and Job Seeking Skills training.
Diana has recently appeared on TV- ?Today Show? and ?Today Tonight?, discussing the issues of Age Discrimination and the plight of mature age job seekers, representing TECG, The Executive Co-operative Group.
Diana is currently an elected Councillor of the Australian Institute of Training and Development and was the Professional Development Co-ordinator for NSW. This ensures she keeps up to date with Human Resources Development industry initiatives.
Her passion is assisting organisations to develop their employees to their optimum capacity by raising their levels of self-confidence, expertise and productivity and changing the culture through training and development.
