Course testimonials:

  • Beverley said: Bernie the presenter made the sessions fun, gave easy to follow instructions and excellent explanations about the usefullness of each yoga exercise. He is a great instructor and tailored the exercises to our different abilities. I am a beginner yet was able to do all the exercises and felt great and far more flexible afterwards. I highly recommend this course.
