Learn about what a healthy diet looks like, what foods can impact your wellbeing and mood, understand food ingredients and prepare nutritious meals.
This workshop will also cover how to shop for the right ingredients on any budget.

Course Outline
In this workshop, you will learn:
- How to assess your current diet and its potential impact on your wellbeing
- What a healthy diet looks like
- How to read food ingredient lists
- How food impacts your emotional wellbeing and mood
- Simple swaps to make your meals more nutritious
- Healthy grocery shopping and cooking on the cheap
Course Outcome
At the end of the workshop, you will feel confident and comfortable reading food ingredient lists and shop for healthy foods that will not only increase your energy levels and improve your emotional wellbeing, but it also won’t break the bank.
You will also have the skills and understanding of how to easily and cheaply, ‘nutrinify’ - increase the nutritional value of your meals.

- Pen and notepad
- A favourite recipe that they would like us to simplify and increase its nutritional content
- A packaged or bottled product from your pantry

This workshop is suitable for all levels and assumes no prior knowledge.
