We will dive into Google Chrome:

Incognito Window usage
Bookmarks
Web Windows - Naming Windows
Extensions - AdBlocker
Settings:
- Auto-Fill
- What Passwords are being maintained?
- What payment method does your browser use?

We will look into the differences between:

Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge
Apple Safari

We will pay homage to past browsers:

Mozilla Netscape
Microsoft Internet Explorer

We will mention the small-time browser players:

Mozilla Firefox
Opera
Brave
Vivaldi

Course Outcome

By the end of the course the student will be able to:

Name the most popular web browsers.
Name what hardware they come pre-installed in.
Be able to tailor your web browser to your needs.
Know what is a search engine and know how it is different from a web browser.
Be able change search engines.

Prerequisite: Essential

It would be useful, but not essential to have done the Tech Savvy Seniors - Introduction Internet: Part 1.

It would be strongly encouraged to have completed Tech Savvy Seniors - Introduction Internet: Part 2.
