Table Tennis Lessons - Sydney Course
Table Tennis, also know as Ping Pong, is an exciting, fast paced and social game. Join in the fun and perfect your forehand, backhand and serve whilst learning all the rules in a fun, interactive environment.
Small group sizes mean individual attention is given to each student to allow for stroke development and correction.
This course is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced players. No previous knowledge about Table Tennis is required. Fees are inclusive of equipment hire.

Course Outline
You will learn:
- table tennis rules
- how to hold your table tennis bat
- stroke development and correction
- forehand
- backhand
- netplay
- service with point play
- drills
Materials Provided
Table tennis bats (rackets) are available to borrow if you do not own one.
What to Bring
- your own table tennis bat (if you have one)
- comfortable shoes
- comfortable clothing
- water
Prerequisite: Essential
- No previous knowledge or experience is required
Delivery Mode
Classroom based: experienced and engaging trainers will take you through the course material face to face.
Classroom based learning for this course includes:
- Scheduled class times and sessions
- Interaction with your trainer and other students
- This course is held indoors in a hall at the tennis courts
