Soap Making Workshop - Sydney Course
We offer training in face to face and/or online learning formats.

This hands-on soap making workshop will teach you all the basics of melt and pour soaps.
You will use different botanicals and exfoliants with colourful micas, scents and essential oils to perfect your very own natural soap.
The beauty of producing your own soap is that you know exactly what ingredients are used! You will leave the workshop with the skills and knowledge to create any soap you want.
By the end of the course, you will take home around 1-1.5 kg of handmade soap.
This workshop is designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced. No prior experience is required.

Course Outline
By the end of this soap making workshop, you will:
- Have the knowledge to make your own melt and pour soap bases
- Understand the ingredients used in soap making, what is suitable and their properties
- Know what botanicals and exfoliants to use in your soaps
- Know the difference between fragrance oils and essential oils
- Find out where to buy ingredients and equipment to continue with your soap making journey
Course Outcome
By the end of this soap making workshop, you will have created 1-1.5kg of your very own natural soap. You will have the skills and knowledge to know how to make more in the future.
What to Bring
Please bring:
- Wear closed in shoes and no high heels for safety
- Wear a long sleeve top (recommended) to ensure your arms/skin is protected
- pen and notebook
- a small box to take your soaps home
