Course testimonials:

  • Elizabeth said: Christian is a great tutor who provided just the right mix of theory and practical to help us learn the basics of photography. I would definitely come back if he is taking an intermediate-level class.

  • Jane said: I have really enjoyed this course. I feel a lot more confident in being able to use my camera and inspired to continue learning. Christian is a great teacher. He explains things in a methodical way that make sense and the field trips help to integrate the concepts taught in the classroom to the actual art of taking quality photos. Thank you Christian and MCC.

  • Michael said: I found the online sessions in this course very helpful and very clear. It was very convenient for me to be able to take the Zoom sessions from home. Chris was always punctual and prepared. He is an excellent and patient teacher who instructs and listens well. He heard and responded to what we wanted to learn and review, as well as teaching what he knew we needed to learn about our cameras and about photography. This was an excellent introductory course, and I was delighted that it was possible for us to complete the course with a morning of practical experience (at a very stunning location to which I will soon return.) I am very pleased that I took the course and very satisfied with what I learned. I would gladly recommend this course, and certainly Chris as a tutor, to any friend interested in beginning photography with DSLR cameras.
