Introduction to Japanese - Sydney Course

Introduction to Japanese courses are suitable for absolute beginners. No knowledge of the language is assumed. Whilst teachers will use the target language in class, all explanations will be in English. This level is suitable for intending travellers, business people wishing to extend their professional networks, and people who wish to communicate more effectively with families and friends. The classes include cultural information.

Course Outline

In this course you will learn basic Japanese vocabulary, phrases and characters as well as cultural information about Japan.

Course Outcome

By the end of the course, you will know basic Japanese vocabulary and phrases to help you communicate with friends and during travel or business.

  • This course is for absolute beginners. No previous knowledge of the language is assumed.
