Course Outline
- New skills are learned each week
- Technique development
- Consolidation of skills covered in the previous week with applied game play component
- Forehand, backhand, volley, serve, smash, return of serve
Materials Provided
- Rackets are available to borrow if you do not own one.
What to Bring
You will need to bring:
- Own racket
- Comfy shoes
- Hat
- Tracksuit or tennis clothing
- Water bottle
Prerequisite: Essential
- Some basic ball skills required.
Delivery Mode
Class based: experienced and engaging trainers will take you through the course material face to face.
Class based learning for this course includes:
- Scheduled class times and sessions
- Interaction with your trainer and other students
- Course is held on a tennis court in small groups with hands-on learning.
