Improve your agility, coordination, balance, flexibility, fitness level, and core muscle strength.
Engage in gentle cardio exercise using your own body weight, use light dumbbells and bands for gentle resistance exercise. Improve your dance fitness and learn how to do proper stretches.

Course Outline
The course is offering the following components:
- gentle cardio exercise using body weight to improve agility, coordination, balance, flexibility and time to respond
- gentle resistance exercise using light dumbbells 0.5kg to 2kg and bands to build strength and increase level of fitness
- dance fitness to improve coordination, balance, agility, body and mind work, and music appreciation
- functional gentle exercise to help with every day activities, improve core muscles strength, balance, coordination, agility and time to respond to situations
- stretches to improve flexibility and range of motions
Course Outcome
You will learn:
- how to exercise safely at your fitness level
- how to build core strength and strength in general
- how to improve your balance, coordination, and stability
- varieties of exercise to improve mind and body functions
What to Bring
- Enclosed sport shoes
- Comfortable exercise attire which stretches with your movements
- A set of light dumbbells from 0.5kg to 2kg that you can use during the class for fitness.
- A bottle of water
- A small towel for sweat
Prerequisite:A set of light dumbbells from 0.5kg to 2kg that you can use during the class for fitness.
- Ability to walk and stand alone
- Open mind to learn and desire to engage in physical activities and exercises
- Medical clearance from your physician if you have health conditions
Important Information
- Students sign a medical/ information form at the first class.
- If you are new to exercise or have a pre-existing condition, please seek information from their GP before participating.
- Avoid eating a heavy meal two hours before the class. Please do not drink for one hour prior to class or during the class. Please have plenty of water earlier on during the day.
- Ladies: For comfort, avoid bras with underwire
- Student's health needs are considered and alternative postures are provided to meet individual health issues, level of strength, flexibility and fitness.
- Please bring a set of light dumbbells from 0.5kg to 2kg that you can use during the class for fitness.

- We offer training in face to face and/or online learning formats.

Classroom based: experienced and engaging trainers will take you through the course material face to face.
Classroom based learning for this course includes:
- Scheduled class times and sessions
- Interaction with your trainer and other students

Remote learning: experienced and engaging trainers will take you through the course material via interactive livestream video classes online.
Remote learning for this course includes:
