In this course you will learn:
Theory:
- Brief Introduction
- History of coffee
- Types of beans
- The roasting process
- Packaging and storage.
Practical:
- The three keys to understanding the grinder
- How to use an espresso machine
- How to pour the perfect espresso
- How to texture milk effectively
- The coffee menu
- Cleaning, care and maintenance of the espresso machine and grinder
What to Bring
- Confirmation letter plus notepad and pen

Professional machines and coffee to work on
Certificate of Attendance on completion of workshop.
