Alison said: Lauren has made me feel at home right away in a class of regulars! Right from the moment I stepped foot in the door I felt welcomed, which was very important to me, a complete beginner. She has done an amazing job at giving each of us level-appropriate exercises (which is not an easy feat) and all the while being positive and encouraging of each of us. I only planned to do 8 weeks just for fun since I had extra time over the summer but I can't possibly stop now!
